Healing ourselves after heartbreak, toxic relationships, and the painstaking act of separating our lives from an ex…that’s really hard work. Work that, if we don’t do, just makes dating even more Dystopian for everybody. Don’t walk around carrying your old baggage and waving a major red flag – it’s up to you to figure out how to process and get rid of it.

Join the ReSee Movies community for the next edition of Dystopian Dating, and be prepared to ask yourself whether you’re equipped with the right tools for getting over a bad breakup…even if we hope you never have to use ‘em.

Dystopian Dating is an event series hosted by ReSee Movies. We screen films which examine the difficulties of modern dating, romance, relationships, etc. and pair them with activities that give our community members a chance to mingle, reflect, and maybe even meet someone new. Whether you’re in a relationship, totally single, or somewhere in between, join us for a thought-provoking evening at the cinema.

This time around, we’ll be screening one of the all-time dating classics, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (OmeU).

We can’t guarantee you’ll find love at our events, but we can guarantee you won’t be the only one there striving to make new connections in a city notorious for its loneliness.
